This non-security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of KB4467107 (released November 13, 2018) and also includes these new quality improvements as a preview of the next Monthly Rollup update:

| After you apply this update, the network interface controller may stop working on some client software configurations. This occurs because of an issue related to a missing file, oem<number>.inf. The exact problematic configurations are currently unknown. |

Before installing this update
Microsoft strongly recommends you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest Rollup. SSUs improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential issues while installing the Rollup.
