September 20, 2018—KB4457133 (Preview of Monthly Rollup)

This non-security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of KB4457129 (released September 11, 2018) and also includes these new quality improvements as a preview of the next Monthly Rollup update:

• Addresses an issue with evaluating the compatibility status of the Windows ecosystem to help ensure application and device compatibility for all updates to Windows.
• Addresses an issue with the diagnostic pipeline for devices enrolled in Windows Analytics when the CommercialID registry key, "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection" is present.
• Addresses an issue in which all Guest Virtual Machines running Unicast NLB fail to respond to NLB requests after the Virtual Machines restart.

• Addresses an issue that prevents a DirSync client from completing synchronization when using a search filter that contains a linked attribute, such as “memberOf=CN=Group1,OU=Accounts,DC=Contoso,DC=Com”.

• Addresses an issue that may cause the clussvc.exe service to stop working and generate events with ID 1146 when under a heavy workload.

Microsoft is not currently aware of any issues with this update.
