Text boxes in organization chart do not resize automatically

If you insert an organization chart in a worksheet and then type more text than can fit in one of its text boxes, Microsoft Excel does not automatically resize the box to display all of the text.

This behavior is different from other programs, such as Microsoft PowerPoint. Other programs resize a text box automatically if it is too small to display all of its text.

To work around this behavior, manually resize the text box to make sure that it displays all its contents.
