PRB: You Cannot Store a File to the WebDAV Repository When You Save It in BizTalk Editor

Symptoms

You may receive the following error message when you are trying to save to the WebDAV repository in the BizTalk Editor:
The File cannot be stored in the WebDAV repository.
The server might not be available at this time. Try storing to WebDAV at a later time.

Cause

All the schemas that are installed with BizTalk have the Read-Only attribute selected by default. If you make any changes to the schemas, such as to CommonPO.xml, and then you attempt to save the changes in BizTalk Editor, you receive the error message that is listed in the "Symptoms" section.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, clear the Read-Only attribute from the file properties.
