Start out by reviewing the online services incentives guide related to your program:Microsoft Partner Network and the Online Services Advisor incentives program

All members of the Microsoft Partner Network enter into the Online Services Partner Agreement, which allows partners to participate in the online services incentives program. As of mid-2011, Microsoft partners are automatically eligible to participate in online services incentives.

To receive online services incentives payments, please make sure the following criteria are met:

  1. You are actively enrolled in the Microsoft Partner Network and entered into the associated Microsoft Online Services Partner Agreement.
  2. You have submitted all proper tax documentation for your country.
    • Find the required W-9 and Bank Details forms if you have not already submitted them.
    • If desired, opt for direct bank deposits by submitting the Bank Details form. This allows you to receive online incentives payments directly into your bank account, via ACH or wire transfer, instead of by check.
  3. You are adding your Partner ID as the partner of record on your clients accounts.
  4. You submitted Online Services Advisor forms for your clients accounts (for volume licensing only).
