�There has been an error while loading the form� error message when you open an InfoPath form in Office 365 SharePoint Online

Problem

Assume that you click a hyperlink to a Microsoft InfoPath form that was sent by a workflow email message, or that you click a hyperlink that links directly to the .xml file for the form.�(The form resides on a Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online site.) In this situation, you receive the following error messages:
  • There has been an error while loading the form.
  • The following location is not accessible, because it is in a different site collection.
Note�You may also receive these error messages when you click a hyperlink to an .xml file for an InfoPath form if you found the hyperlink by using SharePoint Search.
