Error message after you run the MOSDAL Support Toolkit: "Tenant namespace registration information could not be obtained from the Microsoft Office 365 authentication system"

After you run the Microsoft Online Services Diagnostics and Logging (MOSDAL) Support Toolkit, the Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) diagnostics log contains the following error message:Note The AD FS diagnostics log is located here:
Additionally, you may notice the following behavior when you sign in to your Microsoft cloud service such as Office 365, Windows Azure, or Windows Intune by using single sign-on (SSO)-enabled user ID credentials:

This issue may occur if the domain that's associated with the user ID isn't added or verified in the cloud service.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Add and verify the vanity domain in the cloud service

To add and verify the domain that's used by the user ID that was entered for the cloud service, go to the following Microsoft website:

Step 2: Complete SSO setup

Setup of SSO can't be completed until the associated domain is added and verified in the cloud service. Therefore, SSO setup must be completed. For more info about how to do this, see the following articles:
