An ActiveX control in Internet Explorer can no longer access the data that was provided by a DATA attribute after you install the update in security advisory 2562937

Symptoms

Assume that you have an ActiveX control in Windows Internet Explorer where you use the DATA attribute to pass a URL to the ActiveX control to read the necessary data. For example, the object tag resembles the following:
<OBJECT CLASSID ="clsid:xxxxxx" DATA="test.aspx?a=b&c=d" CODEBASE="test.cab"></OBJECT>
However, after you install the update in security advisory 2562937 on the computer, the ActiveX control can no longer access the data that was provided by the DATA attribute.
