This occurs because the light version of Outlook Web App isn't supported when you reply to a message from a connected account. When you reply to a message from the connected account by using the light version of OWA, OWA tries to send as the default Office 365 pre-upgrade email address.
If the
Always Show From option is selected in the message options or from the Exchange Control Panel mail settings, the
From field is displayed when you compose a new message or reply to a message from a connected account. However, the
From field isn't displayed when you use OWA in the light version regardless of this setting.
