  1. In Outlook Web App, click Options, click See All Options, click Account, and then click Connected Accounts.
  2. Click the Details button for the connected account, and then click Save.

More information

Exchange Online synchronizes connected accounts every hour. This means that messages from a connected account are downloaded to Outlook Web App every hour. Currently, there's no method to change the synchronization interval for connected accounts.

The Connected Accounts feature in Outlook Web App lets users connect up to five other accounts, such as Outlook.com, Gmail, and Yahoo! Mail accounts. This lets users send, receive, and read mail from the accounts in one place.
