Symptoms

When a user adds a large image to a Web Part in a Microsoft SharePoint Online site in Microsoft Office 365, the image scrolls and wraps off the page.

Cause

This behavior is by design.

Workaround

To work around this behavior, adjust the size of the image. To do this, use any of the following methods:
  • Drag the corners of the image to resize the image.
  • On the Picture Tools tab of the ribbon, in the Size group, use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys to adjust the horizontal or vertical size of the image.
