Symptoms

All the items in a data field in your PivotTable display the #N/A error.

Cause

This problem may occur when both of the following conditions are true:
  • You have chosen one of the following settings in the Show data as list in the PivotTable Field dialog box:
    • Difference From
    • % Of
    • % Difference From
    • Running Total in
  • Your PivotTable is based on an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) data source.
