Symptoms

You do some performance tests on a computer that has Windows Internet Explorer 7 installed. However, you notice that the Mshtml.dll module is unexpectedly rebased. When this issue occurs, the system performance decreases.

Cause

This issue occurs because of an error in the detour feature of Internet Explorer 7. Detour allocation in the initialization process of the Ieframe.dll module causes the Mshtml.dll module to rebase.
