The store.exe process crashes occasionally on an active node when you move the Exchange Virtual Server from an active node to a passive node in an Exchange Server 2007 cluster environment

Symptoms

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 cluster environment, when you move the Exchange Virtual Server from an active node to a passive node, the store.exe process crashes occasionally on the active node. Additionally, the following error message is generated in the Application log:

Event ID: 4999

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
