Public folder replication is blocked unexpected in an Exchange Server 2007 environment

Symptoms

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, public folder replication is blocked unexpectedly. Additionally, the Messages Queued for Submission performance counter of MSExchangeIS Public in Performance Monitor stays high. �

Cause

This problem occurs because public folder replication has a maximum limit of named property it can process. However, there are public folder replication messages that include too many name properties. Therefore exceeds the limit.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
