You cannot open a Web folder by double-clicking it in Windows Vista and in Windows Server 2008

On a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you have a Web folder. In Windows Explorer Navigation pane, the Web folder is displayed. You can open the Web folder by right-clicking it, and then clicking Open. However, you cannot open the Web folder by double-clicking it. After you open the Web folder, you cannot drag the files from or to the Web folder.

Important Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 updates are included in the same packages. However, only one of these products may be listed on the "Hotfix Request" page. • The MANIFEST files (.manifest) and the MUM files (.mum) that are installed for each environment are listed separately in the "Additional file information for Windows Server 2008 and for Windows Vista" section. MUM and MANIFEST files, and the associated security catalog (.cat) files, are critical to maintaining the state of the updated component. The security catalog files, for which the attributes are not listed, are signed with a Microsoft digital signature.
