Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging (UM).
  • You configure a custom nonbusiness hours welcome greeting and a custom holiday welcome greeting.
  • Someone call during the business hours on the holiday.
In this scenario, the callers hear both the nonbusiness hours greeting and the holiday greeting. However, the callers should only hear the holiday greeting when they call during the holiday.
