Symptoms

When you try to send messages through your Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 account, you receive a non-delivery report (NDR) that resembles the following:

The e-mail system had a problem processing this message. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

Cause

This issue occurs when the affected e-mail message has the PR_INSTANCE_KEY attribute set.
