This hotfix fixes the following issue:

Consider the following scenario. First, you create a scaled drawing by using industry standard and sized shapes. Second, you select the Width and Height check boxes in the Protection dialog box. Third, you group the shapes and rotate and resize the group in width or in height. Finally, you rotate the group of shapes again. In this scenario, when you try to resize the group of shapes again in width and in height, each shape in the group unexpectedly resizes.
