Symptoms

When you configure Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 to deliver journal reports to an Exchange 2003 mailbox, all Internet headers in the attached Envelope report that messages are lost if you view them by using an Outlook client.

This behavior is by design.

Workaround

To work around this issue, download the messages by using an IMAP client or a POP3 client that will preserve the Internet headers.
