Resolution

971534 Description of Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2

After you install this update, Exchange Server 2007 checks whether you have Exchange Server Administrator permissions on your computer before Exchange Server 2007 runs the installation program. Therefore, If you try to install an update rollup and the permissions check fails, you see a dialog box that has the following message:
The currently logged on user does not have sufficient permissions to install this update. You need at least Exchange Server Administrator permissions on the current machine to complete this task.

Note The installation process ends when you click OK in the dialog box.
