NoPromptForRC4Encryption registry key to
0 or delete the registry key. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
- Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common\Security\
- Right-click NoPromptForRC4Encryption, and then use one of the following steps:
- Click Modify, in the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
- Click Delete, and then click Yes.
- Exit Registry Editor.
