After you apply this hotfix, you have to set the following registry subkey to resolve the problem:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CCS\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters\Change HTTP Referral to IP
The default value is �0.� However, you should set the value to "1" to enable the checking of global catalog availability according to split session logic. After you change the registry value, you have to restart the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service.
