Symptoms

You have some Printer Cartridge Metric (PCM) fonts installed on a computer that is running a 32-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. However, when you try to use these PCM fonts in an application, they are not listed among the available fonts.

Hotfix information

Important Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 hotfixes are included in the same packages. However, only one of these products may be listed on the �Hotfix Request� page.
