Symptoms

After you apply Rollup Update 5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), Outlook Web Access (OWA) users may find that the font size of plain text messages is extremely small. This symptom occurs when users are running certain third-party Web browsers instead of Windows Internet Explorer.

Cause

Exchange Server OWA 2007 generates HTML tags and styles that are not supported by some third-party Web browsers.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
