- In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you send an e-mail by using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) Premium.
- The Exchange Organization name has multiple words in the name.
- There is more than one space in between these words.
- You use the Ambiguous Name Resolution (ANR) cache to pick up the recipient.
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
/o=<Organization name>/ou=<Administrative group name>/cn=Recipients/cn=<user name>
The recipient's e-mail address was not found in the recipient's e-mail system. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

This problem does not occur when you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access Light or Microsoft Outlook.
Note OWA Premium is the default access of OWA.
