The Restore-StorageGroupCopy command may fail in an Exchange Server 2007 SCR environment

Symptoms

In an Exchange Server 2007 Stand-by Continuous Replication (SCR) environment, when you run the Restore-StorageGroupCopy command to restore an Exchange storage group, the operation may not be successful. However, if you run this command multiple times, the command can be completed successfully. For example, if you run the following command in the Exchange Management Shell, the operation may not be successful: Restore-StorageGroupCopy -Identity <server name>\<storage group name> -StandbyMachine <SCR target server name>Additionally, you may receive the following error message:
Restore-StorageGroupCopy : Failed to copy the last log files for storage group '<storage group>'. Use the Force option if you want to restore the storage group despite the data loss. At line:1 char:63 + Get-StorageGroup -Server <server name> | Restore-StorageGroupCopy <<<< -StandbyMachine <SCR target server name>
WARNING: Failed to copy remaining log files (through Exx.log) during Restore-StorageGroupCopy operation for storage group copy (<storage group name>). Failure reason: Unable to move a log file from the inspector directory to the log directory for storage group c4d65af5-6021-443a-9400-3bc350863419|Standby. Old path: <original log file with full path>. New path: <new log file with full path>.
