The reseed process is unsuccessful on the CCR passive node after you restore one full backup and two or more differential backups to the CCR active node in Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1

Symptoms

In Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you restore one full backup and two or more differential backups to the cluster continuous replication (CCR) active node. When you reseed the CCR on the passive node, the reseed process is unsuccessful. Additionally, the following event message is logged in the Application log.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeRepl
Event Category: Service 
Event ID: 2070
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange Replication Service encountered an error while inspecting the logs and database for <server name>\<storage group name> on startup. 

The specific error code returned is: 
Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.Replay.FileCheckInternalErrorException: File check 
failed : Log file consistency check logic experienced an internal error 
LatestFullBackupTime should be set.
