Outlook 2010
To use the Delegate Access feature in Outlook 2007, follow these steps:
- Click File, and then select Info.
- Click the Account Settings ribbon dropdown list, and then click Delegate Access.
- Click Add, and then select the user that you want to have delegate permissions.
- In the Delegate Permissions dialog box, select the appropriate permissions to the various Outlook folders, and then click OK.
