User calendar permissions are removed after you run the Set-MailboxCalendarSettings cmdlet in an Exchange Server 2007 environment

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, after you run the set-mailboxcalendarprocessing cmdlet to set the ResourceDelegates parameter for a user against a room mailbox, this user can open the Calendar folder of the room mailbox and create calendar items. For example, this issue occurs when you run the following cmdlet: However, if you run the same cmdlet again, this user loses the permissions on the room mailbox. After that, if this user tries to open the Calendar folder of the room mailbox in Outlook, the following message appears:If you click Yes, a calendar share request will be sent to the room mailbox.

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
