Introduction

List of issues fixed

This hotfix fixes the following issue:
957386 Error message after you set a network path as the default file location in Excel 2007 and then you click the Data tab: "\\<Path>\solver.xlam cannot be found. Check your spelling, or try a different path"
This hotfix also fixes the following issues that are not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • You install Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007 on a computer that has Microsoft Office 2003 installed. When you try to import data from Microsoft Office Excel 2003 to some SharePoint lists, you may receive the following error message:

    Object doesn't support this property or method
    After you click OK on the error message dialog box, you can specify a data range and a range type on the Import to Windows SharePoint Services list dialog box. When you click Import, you receive the following error message:

    Method 'Post' of object 'IOWSPostData' failed.
  • The Spanish and German versions of Excel 2007 ignore the settings for the thousands separator and for the decimal separator that you set when you import a text file.
