Symptoms

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Outlook Web Access provides features to support customization. However, Exchange Server 2007 Outlook Web Access currently does not support the addition of new items in the context menus. This software update provides this ability so that users can add new items in the context menu to launch proprietary applications.

Resolution

Download and install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
