You may receive an error message when you run the Update-SafeList cmdlet in an Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 mixed environment

Symptoms

In Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, the safelist aggregation refers to a set of anti-spam functionality that is shared across Microsoft Office Outlook and Exchange. When you add safe senders in Outlook, you must run the Update-SafeList cmdlet on the Exchange 2007-based server to update the safe sender list.

However, in an Exchange 2003 and Exhange 2007 mixed environment, if an Exchange 2003 user sets safe senders in Outlook, you cannot update the safe sender list for this user. For example, you may run the Update-SafeList cmdlet in Exchange Management Shell to update the safe sender list for a user:
Update-SafeList -Identity "<exchange 2003 mailbox>"
However, when you do this, you receive the following error message:
Update-SafeList : Property SafeSendersHash cannot be set on this object because it requires the object to have version 0.1 (8.0.535.0) or later. Current version of the object is 0.0 (6.5.6500.0)
