Symptoms

In an environment that uses a non-English version of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you apply Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. When you click Toolbox in Exchange Management Console, you receive an error message that resembles the following error message:
Public Folder Management Console is not an allowed Snap-in.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, uninstall Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1.
