FIX: The RosettaNet messages that BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 generates may incorrectly create the QualityOfServiceClassificationCode element as an empty element in BizTalk Server 2002

In a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 environment, Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 generates RosettaNet messages. These RosettaNet messages may incorrectly create the QualityOfServiceClassificationCode element as an empty element.

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

Prerequisites

You must have BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. However, you must restart the BizTalk Server services after you apply this hotfix.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.Note Because of file dependencies, the most recent hotfix that contains these files may also contain additional files.

After you extract this hotfix, there will be a file that is named the 2817.exe file. Run the 2817.exe file, and then read the extracted Readme.txt file for the installation details.
