Symptoms

After daylight saving time (DST) starts in New Zealand in 2007, you experience one or more of the following symptoms in a mail environment that uses Microsoft Exchange Server 2007:
  • The Microsoft Office Outlook client incorrectly translates times from other time zones to the New Zealand time zone.
  • The Outlook client incorrectly translates times from the New Zealand time zone to other time zones.
  • The Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access client incorrectly calculates the end time of a meeting.
  • Lotus Notes incorrectly calculates the end time of a meeting.

Resolution

To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007. The New Zealand government announced that the DST dates have changed for 2007 as follows.
