Resolution

Service pack information

To work around this problem, disable the UseCoInstall registry entry. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
  2. Locate the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\UseCoInstall
  3. Double-click the UseCoInstall entry to open the Edit DWORD Value box.
  4. In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
  5. On the File menu, click Exit.
