The "Exchange Folder" menu command is missing in Excel 2007, in PowerPoint 2007, and in Word 2007 after you configure Outlook 2007 to use an Exchange e-mail account

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You configure Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 to use a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. Then, you try to send a file to a Microsoft Exchange Server folder in Microsoft Office Excel 2007, in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, or in Microsoft Office Word 2007. In this scenario, the Exchange Folder menu command is missing.

Note You expect the Exchange Folder menu command to appear when you click the Microsoft Office Button and then point to Send To.

Workaround

To work around this issue, add the Send To Exchange Folder button to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Start Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, or Word 2007.
2.Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar, and then click More Commands.

Note The Customize Quick Access Toolbar button is the down-arrow on the Quick Access Toolbar.
3.In the Choose commands from box, click All Commands.
4.Click Send To Exchange Folder, click Add, and then click OK.
