Message when a user views a Web page that contains a form: "[FrontPage Save Results Component]"

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario. You are running FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions from Microsoft or FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions from Microsoft. On a Web page, you configure a form to send data to an e-mail address. However, when a user views the Web page, the user receives the following message:
[FrontPage Save Results Component]
If the user tries to submit the data on the form, a blank Web page appears.

Cause

This issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
The e-mail server is a UNIX-based server.
In the e-mail address that you specified for the form, the characters are in the incorrect case. For example, the e-mail address contains an incorrect combination of uppercase and lowercase characters.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, use the correct case when you specify the e-mail address for the form. The UNIX environment is case sensitive.
