Introduction

This article describes the Access Snapshot Viewer issue that is fixed in the Access Snapshot Viewer hotfix package that is dated October 5, 2004.

Issues that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you try to run a quiet mode installation of Access Snapshot Viewer, the Setup program ignores the /q switch and prompts you for information for the installation.
