FIX: You receive an "Error occurred when converting character parameter" error messages after a COMTI method call runs successfully in Host Integration Server 2000

In Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000, after a Microsoft Component Object Model (COM) Transaction Integrator (COMTI) method call runs successfully, the following error message may be logged in the Application event log: This error message will continue to be generated until the Microsoft COM+ application package is shut down.
