- You create a new user (User A) in the Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in.
- You do not enable a mailbox for User A.
- You grant User A the following permissions to the mailbox
of another user (User B):
- Full mailbox access
- Read permissions
- Send As permissions
- User B is a mailbox-enabled user.

- Start the MFCMapi.exe utility.
- Click Session, and then click Logon and Display Store Table.
- Choose the profile for User B and the pass credentials for
User A.
Note You may have to modify the profile to prompt for credentials if you are not logged on as User A. - Click Public Folders.
- In the lower pane, right-click the PR_ADDRBOOK_FOR_LOCAL_SITE_ENTRYID property, and then click Open as Entry ID or Object.
- Click OK.
- The Address Book is in the format EX:/o=OrgName/ou=SiteName instead of /o=OrgName.cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=Default Address List.
