When you create a new public folder by using the System
Manager tool in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server or in Microsoft Exchange Server
2003, that public folder does not inherit the replication information from its
parent folder in the public folder hierarchy. Therefore, the public folder
information does not replicate to the other public folders servers as you
expect.
