XL2002: German: Solver Parameters Are Blank When You Try to Change a Constraint

In the German version of Microsoft Excel 2002, when you edit a binary or integer constraint in the Solver, the constraint is not parsed correctly. The controls in the Change Constraints dialog box are empty or are not filled with meaningful information. This problem occurs only in the German version of Solver.xla.

To work around this problem, re-select the choices in the dropdown lists.
