When you view an event in Event Viewer on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server or Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, a hyperlink appears in the event description. When you click the hyperlink, you visit a Web site that provides detailed information about the event. The Web site provides recommended steps that you can take to correct the issue that is associated with the event.

When you view an event in Event Viewer, the text and the hyperlink that are contained in the description field of an Exchange 2000 event and an Exchange 2003 event are similar to one of the following:
