HP LaserJet 5000 printer inserts an extra blank page between two printed pages when you print a Word document under Windows Server 2003

Symptoms

In Microsoft Word, if you change either the paper size or the orientation of a page, section breaks may be changed to odd page section breaks. When you then print the document to an HP LaserJet 5000-series printer with the printer's duplex option turned on, the printer may insert a blank page between two consecutive pages that have different orientations.

Hotfix Information
