Symptoms

The subject line of an e-mail message in the Inbox contains a number and a tilde (~). For example, the Subject box includes the following text: 1~1. You use Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2003 or Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2000 to move or to copy this message from the Inbox to a new folder. If the name of the folder includes Double-Byte Character Set (DBCS) characters, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find this item, it may be deleted
Subsequently, the copy or move operation fails.

If you set the language setting for the computer to English-United States, this problem does not occur.
