You can receive information about MSN features and your MSN account information on MSN Support (http://support.msn.com). Sign in by using your MSN user name and password or your Windows Live ID to see information that is appropriate for your status as an MSN member.

When you telephone, make sure that you are at the computer on which you use MSN, and that you have the following information ready:

�	Your Member ID
�	Your name and mailing address
�	The last four digits of the credit card that is associated with your account, or your Billing Telephone Number (BTN), for verification purposes
�	Any error codes that you have received from MSN
