Arabic details and address templates in exchange 2000

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Exchange 2000 supports the details and address templates in many languages including the Arabic language.
These templates can be modified using the Exchange System Manager
1. Run Exchaneg System manager
2. Recipients
3. Detailes Template
4. Arabic
Outlook client will pull the appropriate language that matches its localization language. So, the French outlook (for example) will send the French ID to the exchange server, and the server will send the French templates.
However, Outlook 2000 Arabic version sends the English ID, and the exchange server sends the English templates back.
