XL2002: Comments Appear in the Wrong Place in Workbook Saved As Web Page

When you save an Excel workbook as a Web page, and then view the Web page in your Web browser, comments may appear in the wrong place. For example, a comment may appear in a lower place on the page, where the next comment should be.
